6 p.m. – Meet and greet for cooks only (more details to come)
Saturday March 25, 2017
7-9 a.m. – Cooks and Vendors set up
9:30 a.m. – Tasters sign in.
9:30 a.m. – Let the EggFest begin! Food will be available all day. Wander from egg to egg to sample foods and discuss recipes and techniques with the cooks.
3 p.m. – Eggs are to be shut down to allow the demo eggs sufficient time to cool down.
4:30 p.m. – Demo egg pickup
