5pm to 8pm – Meet and greet for cooks only (more details to come)
Saturday October 6, 2012
7am to 9am – Cooks setup
9:30am – Tasters sign in.
9:30am – Let the EggFest begin! Food will be available all day. Just wander from egg to egg to sample foods and discuss recipes and techniques with the cooks.
3pm – Eggs are to be shut down to allow the demo eggs sufficient time to cool down.
4:30pm – Demo egg pickup
